This project involved the comprehensive fit-out and renovation of a 2,000 sqm facility, comprising a 1,000 sqm ground-floor showroom and a 1,000 sqm basement. As the first showroom of its kind in the kingdom, it was inaugurated with a grand opening ceremony.
The technical scope included an HVAC system providing 100 tons of cooling via four package units and 50 linear meters of GI ducting. The security and IT infrastructure featured a 34-camera CCTV system, one server cabinet, and 4,500 linear meters of low-voltage cabling. Life safety systems were robust, with 45 fire alarm devices, two FM200 suppression systems, and 325 linear meters of conventional firefighting piping.
Demonstrating excellent project management, the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and within budget.
