This large-scale project encompassed the development of a 6,000 sqm facility, which included the renovation and fit-out of 1,000 sqm, extensive hardscaping across 3,000 sqm, and the erection of a 2,000 sqm pre-engineered steel building.
Key technical installations featured a 320-ton cooling system, delivered by 12 package units via 360 linear meters of fabric and GI ducting. The facility was secured with a 74-camera CCTV system and supported by a robust IT infrastructure, including 5 server cabinets and 9,500 linear meters of low-voltage cabling. Life safety systems were comprehensive, comprising 80 smoke detectors, three FM200 fire suppression systems, and 1,200 linear meters of conventional firefighting piping.
Despite challenges and delays due to COVID-19 curfews, the project was completed within the allocated budget.
