This project involved the comprehensive development of an 8,000 sqm facility, which included 1,300 sqm of interior fit-out and renovation, 4,200 sqm of hardscaping, and the erection of a 2,500 sqm pre-engineered steel building.
The technical scope featured an HVAC system with 190 tons of cooling capacity, provided by eight package units and 260 linear meters of ductwork. The facility was secured with a 67-camera CCTV system and supported by a robust IT infrastructure, including three server cabinets and 11,000 linear meters of low-voltage cabling. For life safety, the premises were equipped with 156 smoke detectors, four FM200 fire suppression systems, and 700 linear meters of conventional firefighting piping.
The project was completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
